Concepts 3 uses the The Personal Profile SystemŽ to help you evaluate yourself and to gain insight into the behavior of others. The questions focus on your environment—such as work, or a situation—such as participating on a team, as you respond to sets of descriptive items, choosing the one item in each set that describes you the most and the one item that describes you the least. The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes and all individual item responses are completely confidential.
