Carl -
...your
presentation was the integral part. Our customers came together,
learned, shared and had fun! Thank you for the gracious way
in which you presented the topic and handled Boise's precious

Our
office was looking for something a little bit different this
year; something that would keep us together and build our
spirit up as a team. Your seminar did exactly that!
I
feel that your rich background of experiences at Neiman Marcus
and Saks Fifth Avenue added so much more to the materials
you presented. You were able to tailor your presentation to
our needs and bring everyone into the process.
Below
are some of the comments received from our employees. These
comments show what a positive impact your presentation had
on our team.
- "I
can see how the tools will help in the future"
- "I
will use the program to better my personal and work relationships
with friends and co-workers"
- "Good
involvement of all people"
- "My
best usable idea was to not wait for the change to come
to youlook
for it"
- "This
program opened my eyes to the fact that I have become stagnant
in my current situation and it is time to become more aggressive"

When
we see large attendance at any one event, we always look to
see what made that event so special. In this case, it was
Carl Youngberg, President of Concepts 3, Inc., presenting
vital information on the role of personality in the workplace.
In his lively and well-timed presentation, Carl helped the
audience not only identify their primary personalities but
also how they might take greater advantage of the strengths
of their style. Then he further helped the attendees see where
they might have some blind sides from the least developed
parts of their personalities.

Dear Carl,
The purpose of this letter is to convey our deep gratitude
on behalf of our faculty for providing an excellent presentation
on the Future of Work during our opening school week
at Skyline Center.
Several teachers commented on your outstanding delivery and
the wealth of content you so inspiringly presented. Your title,
"Future of Work" is so simple, yet the material
you covered was exceptionally good and very timely. ...
As a result of your session, the teachers left feeling inspired,
renewed and better prepared to embrace the new school year
Thank you for providing such an enlightening presentation
at Skyline Center.

Dear Carl -
This is just to say an official "thanks" for your
great talk at Leadership Richardson. You got rave notices (naturally)
on our evaluations and added just the right note to the day.
